ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPOSIBILITIES:

Must have excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

- Work with customers and sales representatives to make sure that customer changes and applications are processed correctly.  
- Work with customers to help them understand their billing accounts.  
- Act as liaison between the customer and the company when they have a claim.  
- Able to handle customer complaints and issues in a compassionate manner.  
-Insurance license will be required if you accept position.  WE pay for class & test.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
